Random flickering and switching to desktop.

Describe the bug

The Screen is randomly flickering and switching to Desktop while playing a DM map.
I know around 10 people who already had that problem but it doesnt happen all the time.
It also happened on different servers, one was a Mapping Server for example.

Steps to reproduce

It's legitimately just playing the map and driving at that one exact part where it happens

Additional context

It doesnt happen all the time, but most of the time. And also not for everyone.

Its the same bug as #4163 and #4190 being present again
Something is still broken whenever peds fire their weapon(?) which was fixed and was more easily reproduceable in version 23147
