Make Beta chip alignment and typography consistent

Steps to reproduce

The Beta chip is not looking good due to the longer product description in product menu of mui.com. On other instances, it is adjacent to the title.

Introduced in: mui/material-ui#42952

Also, it needs to be consistent; either Beta or BETA.

In the docs menu:

• Chip => all caps
• Chip, move next to the title
