Disabled FAB/Button with custom style position does not show tooltip

When I set a position on a disabled button, I can no longer add tooltip to the button/Fab

• [X ] I have searched the issues of this repository and believe that this is not a duplicate.

Current Behavior 😯

Tooltip does not show

Expected Behavior 🤔

Tooltip shoul show.

In my example, "Test 2" and "Test 4" should show tooltips.

I try to give the user some feedback about why the button is disabled.

Tip, move the custom style up to the first child for the tooltip.
