Can you share how would you add a new character and stage to your mugen directory?

Like the process, coz you have amazing preview images, I mean what's your flow if adding new character and stage? From image preview to gif (stand), do you create them or you have source for character gif?

What is your mugen version used?

About the character portrait, I download from internet and often modify them myself.
For the stand animation, I use Fighter Factory HTML export, it works fine. So the stand animation directly comes from the character source.

I use M.U.G.E.N ver 1.1.0 Beta 1 P1 (2013.08.11)
