LocalAI already makes use of bluemonday for html sanitization. This PR implements that safety step in more places. Please let me know if any have been missed.
The fix to .github/ci/modelslist.go needs to be tested via this PR, but the other sanitizations seem to work according to my local testing.CI Step Passed 🍾
