/api/sse no longer works

Hello,

I've tried to use the SSE endpoint with my agent, but I'm not able to reach it with anything (curl or sse-cli). I get a 404.
The readme still mentions this as if it's a possibility. Is this broken or is the readme wrong?

I think the endpoint is just /sse and we have both old and new events being served there which is why there is some confusion in the README.

So the README is mistaken, but possibly we should have /api/sse as well. It needs some more investigation.
