Bump version 1.1.1 → 1.2.0 and date the CHANGELOG section. Highlights since 1.1.0: Fabric LRO client fix (repaired report pull/push and the live `fabric` backend), deep --bind-verify + byPath→byConnection rebind, atomic TMDL writes, web dashboard auth + keyless mode, pure-Python TMDL serializer with on-disk structural writes, enforced backend protocol, skills consolidated to 12, and refreshed README visuals.
