Replace Google Analytics with a more ethical system

We want to monitor the popularity of our website, of individual pages, short and long term trends.
The preferred language, the region, the OS of our readers is sometimes interesting.
Maybe the referral website?

But we don't need anything more, there is no reason to track people beyond this.

So the question is: where is this ethical analytics service?
