Summary

This PR adds the package recipe for GNOME Papers (\mingw-w64-papers), the document viewer for GNOME.

Details

  • Added \mingw-w64-papers/PKGBUILD\ (built using \meson\ +
    ust\ / \cargo).
  • Added \mingw-w64-papers/0001-windows-port.patch\ with the Windows port enhancements (path normalization, gating POSIX-only APIs / D-Bus timeouts, PE icon resources, and Windows executable naming).

For small binary files (like .ico), it'd be better to directly create them in this repo, and then cp to the correct place at prepare.

It would be nice if you opend PR at upstream, ref URL for *.patch at PKGBUILD and remove *.patch at here.

It would be nice if you opened a PR upstream, reference the URL for *.patch in PKGBUILD, and remove the *.patch here.

I’ve been waiting for my PR related to issue #714 to be merged. By the way, I have this unofficial fork on GitHub for the same project, papers-for-windows. Should I just use it for this PR instead of the feature:windows-support branch merge request on GitLab?

Is it able to include this to upstream?
