Online documentation is now available for lsms at lsms.readthedocs.io
It has all the basic instructions on how to build and run lsms (taken from the README and the presentation), and also information on how to run kubo calculations.
This pull request contains all the files that were created to this end. Once the pull request is acceptable, the documentation source can be changed from my fork of lsms to mstsuite/lsms
