feat: add icon components and keyboard shortcut management - #15

- Introduced a new Icon component system with SVG icons for file, search, branch, terminal, gear, bot, and grid. - Created a centralized IconNames file to manage icon names and their corresponding components. - Implemented a KeyboardShortcutsProvider to manage keyboard shortcuts across the application. - Added functionality to handle keyboard shortcuts for toggling sidebar, terminal, and closing active tabs. - Developed ActivityRail component to manage UI interactions for file navigation and terminal toggling. - Integrated TerminalPanel and TerminalStrip components for terminal management within the workspace. - Established a debounced close tab functionality to prevent multiple close requests within a short time frame. - Updated WorkspaceInner to incorporate new components and manage layout state effectively.
