This adds support for version 2 UNWIND_INFO.

If we could get a new framehop version with this, that'd be cool. Otherwise in the interim I can manually bump the vendored version (for https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1980648), though it can probably wait, too. |
