Can we have a function like healthchecks, that allow a ping back url to check is a script run for instance?

if you wanna let the server actively initiates some event notifications, you can try feed feature.

Don't know if you check, but healthecks.io monitor a "service/site" whatever... that you give an interval and in that interval something should make a call to say the service is up... for instance in a cronjob...
