Updates the requirements on uvicorn, sqlalchemy, greenlet, anthropic, boto3, networkx, llama-index, llama-index-core, langchain, langchain-core and langgraph to permit the latest version.
Updates uvicorn to 0.54.0

Release notes

Sourced from uvicorn's releases.

Version 0.54.0

📨 Send metadata after the response body

uvicorn 0.54.0 adds response trailers and 103 Early Hints to its experimental HTTP/2 implementation through zttp.

uv add uvicorn==0.54.0 "zttp>=0.0.34"
  • Send HTTP/2 response trailers (#3146). The ASGI http.response.trailers extension lets applications send metadata, such as checksums, after the response body. Clients must send TE: trailers to receive them. Multiple trailer messages are combined before completing the response.
  • HTTP/2 remains experimental and opt-in. Enable it with --http zttp --http2. Upgrade-based h2c and WebSockets over HTTP/2 remain unsupported.

💡 Hint at resources before the final response

  • Send 103 Early Hints over HTTP/2 (#3137). Applications can use the ASGI http.response.early_hint extension to send resource hints before the final response. Each supplied link becomes a separate Link header.

Full changelog: 0.53.0...0.54.0

0.54.0 (September 24, 2026)

HTTP/2 support remains experimental. Install zttp>=0.0.34 and enable it with --http zttp --http2.

Added

  • Add HTTP/2 response trailers through the ASGI http.response.trailers extension. Clients must send TE: trailers to receive them (#3146)
  • Add HTTP/2 103 Early Hints through the ASGI http.response.early_hint extension (#3137)

0.53.0 (September 14, 2026)

This release adds experimental HTTP/2 support through zttp. Enable it with --http zttp --http2. Upgrade-based h2c and WebSockets over HTTP/2 are not supported.

Added

  • Add experimental HTTP/2 support through zttp (#2982, #3101)
  • Add support for zuvloop (#3104)

Fixed

  • Handle comma-separated, case-insensitive Connection: close tokens across HTTP implementations (#3103)
  • Trust IPv6 loopback in the default FORWARDED_ALLOW_IPS value (#3119)
  • Cancel the HTTP keep-alive timer when upgrading to WebSocket (#3107)

0.52.4 (August 18, 2026)

Fixed

  • Remove duplicate Date headers from accepted WebSocket handshakes with websockets-sansio (#3078)

0.52.3 (August 13, 2026)

Changed

  • Update zttp to 0.0.24 and use its combined receive path, improving HTTP/1.1 request parsing performance (#3067)

0.52.2 (August 13, 2026)

Fixed

  • Update zttp to 0.0.22, fixing bodyless request receives and improving HTTP/1 request parsing performance (#3063)

0.52.1 (August 1, 2026)

Fixed

  • Complete the closing handshake on server-initiated WebSocket closes in the websockets-sansio and wsproto implementations, waiting for the client's close reply with a 10 second timeout instead of resetting the connection (#3053)
  • Add missing write flow control to the websockets-sansio implementation, preventing data truncation on server-initiated closes with large in-flight payloads (#3048)
  • Handle connection loss while a WebSocket write is waiting on backpressure (#3050)

Updates sqlalchemy to 2.1.0

orm

  • [orm] [feature] Added _orm.composite.column_template parameter to _orm.composite(). When the composite class is a dataclass, this parameter accepts a string template such as "person_%s", containing exactly one %s placeholder, that's used to generate column names for dataclass fields that don't otherwise have an explicit name, rather than using the bare field name. This removes the need to hand-write a _orm.mapped_column() for each field when the same composite dataclass is mapped multiple times on the same class with different column-name prefixes. Pull request courtesy Leonardo Rosa.

    References: #12575

  • [orm] [bug] Fixed issue where pickling an ORM object that had an instance level lazy loader established, such as when the _orm.raiseload() option is used, would emit a spurious warning regarding the loader containing additional criteria, if the object had itself been unpickled from a previous serialization. This would occur for objects that cross more than one serialization boundary, such as when using multiprocessing.

    This change is also backported to: 2.0.53

    References: #13574

  • [orm] [bug] Fixed issue where calling _orm.aliased() against an existing _orm.aliased() construct, without passing an explicit selectable, would disregard the selectable of the existing construct and produce an alias of the mapped table instead, if that selectable were anything other than a table or a plain subquery, leading to incorrect results and/or non-working queries.

    This includes _orm.aliased() against a _orm.with_polymorphic() construct, which would previously produce an alias of the base mapped class only, discarding the polymorphic selectable and additional mappers. The new construct now retains these, so that criteria against subclass attributes and the innerjoin and selectable parameters of _orm.with_polymorphic() take effect, and subclass columns are loaded up front. The SQL rendered for these constructs now includes the polymorphic selectable.

    This change is also backported to: 2.0.53

    References: #13583, #13584

Updates greenlet to 3.5.6

Changelog

Sourced from greenlet's changelog.

3.5.6 (2026-09-14)

  • Correct a race condition that could lead to garbage collection unintentionally being disabled. See PR 529 <https://github.com/python-greenlet/greenlet/pull/529>_ by Yurii.

3.5.5 (2026-08-10)

  • Link the C++ runtime statically into the Windows wheels again, as the Appveyor builds did through 3.3.0. Since 3.3.1 _greenlet.pyd imported MSVCP140.dll, which no Windows CPython distribution ships, so importing greenlet failed on machines without the Visual C++ redistributable. See issue 525 <https://github.com/python-greenlet/greenlet/issues/525>_. Issue and pull request by Daniel Sticker.

.. note:: Binary 3.15 wheels are now built with 3.15.0rc1. This should be compatible with future 3.15 releases and is believed compatible with 3.15b4 as well (but not earlier versions).

3.5.4 (2026-07-22)

  • Fix a crash (segfault) on free-threaded builds of Python 3.14 and later when the garbage collector runs while a greenlet that was started from a non-empty C-stack-reference state is active. See issue 515 <https://github.com/python-greenlet/greenlet/issues/515>_. Thanks to ddorian and Kumar Aditya.

  • Fix a potential use-after-free on free-threaded builds of Python 3.14 and later when the garbage collector runs while a greenlet is suspended holding a _PyCStackRef (for example, mid attribute resolution). See issue 515 <https://github.com/python-greenlet/greenlet/issues/515>_. Thanks to ddorian and Kumar Aditya.

  • Fix a deadlock on free-threaded builds when a greenlet switch happened while a PyCriticalSection was held -- for example inside asyncio's Task.__step, which holds one on the running task for the duration of the step. See PR 519 <https://github.com/python-greenlet/greenlet/pull/519/>. Thanks to ddorian and Kumar Aditya.

Retargeted to main (main-first flow, #11696). Dependabot security updates always open against the default branch; this workflow re-applies the retarget after every Dependabot push, so rebases cannot revert it.

Review: do not merge as-is — and the obvious way to green the gate reintroduces 27 test failures

Read-only review, posted on the PR rather than relayed because the session that requested it has ended. Verified against origin/main and against this PR's own CI log.

The gate verdict

python-suite shard 1/12 and 3/12 fail on the dependency-floor gate:

dependency floors [GATE]: 5 of 162 compared versions are below their declared floor
  roots: requirements-ci.txt, requirements-ci-test.txt, autobot-backend/requirements.txt
  uvicorn:    installed 0.53.0, declared >=0.54.0  (autobot-backend/requirements.txt:15)
  sqlalchemy: installed 2.0.54, declared >=2.1.0   (:39)
  greenlet:   installed 3.3.2,  declared >=3.5.6   (:48)
  anthropic:  installed 1.6.0,  declared >=1.8.0   (:68)
  langchain:  installed 1.4.1,  declared >=1.4.2   (:105)
##[error]Process completed with exit code 1.

This PR raises floors in autobot-backend/requirements.txt only; the versions CI installs come from requirements-ci/, which this PR does not touch. Hence five contradictions.

Four of the five are fixed one way. The fifth is fixed the opposite way.

package action where
uvicorn raise CI pin to 0.54.0 requirements-ci/framework.txt:6
anthropic raise CI pin to 1.8.0 requirements-ci/ai-ml.txt:8
langchain raise CI pin to 1.4.2 requirements-ci/langchain.txt:2
greenlet coupled — see below requirements-ci/storage.txt:6
sqlalchemy revert this PR's line to >=2.0.54,<2.1 do not raise requirements-ci/storage.txt:4

autobot-backend/requirements.txt:27-38 on main carries this, three lines above the pin this PR raises:

Capped below 2.1 (#17445). A fresh venv from this file took SQLAlchemy 2.1.0 and 27 tests died inside its own cache-key machinery — TypeError: 'InternalTraversal' object is not callable … This is a DEFERRAL, not a fix … Do not raise this bound without running the SLM suite against 2.1.x first.

Because the PR raises the pin and leaves the comment intact, merging it would put a file on main that asserts it is capped below 2.1 directly above a line that is not. It also breaks three-file agreement: autobot-slm-backend/requirements.txt:49 still reads >=2.0.54,<2.1 and requirements-ci/storage.txt:4 pins ==2.0.54.

This is the second occurrence. #17706 did exactly the same thing to the same package against the same recorded decision and was restored. The cause is not bad luck: the dependabot ignore entry uses update-types: semver-major, which cannot stop a 2.0 → 2.1 bump because that is a minor. The durable fix is versions: [">=2.1"], which is written but blocked behind #17451.

greenlet is genuinely open

requirements-ci/storage.txt:6's comment says it is "mirrored from the backend", and repo_tests/async_sqlalchemy_declares_greenlet_17432_test.py guards the relationship. If sqlalchemy reverts to 2.0.54, whether greenlet>=3.5.6 is still the right floor needs settling with that guard, not by matching dependabot. I did not verify that 2.0.54 requires 3.5.6 and am not guessing.

The six remaining updates are clean

boto3, networkx 3.6.1→3.7, llama-index and llama-index-core 0.14.24→0.14.25, langchain-core 1.6.3→1.6.5, langgraph 1.2.11→1.2.12. None appears in the gate; each is single-declared or >= on both sides.

Two cautions for whoever picks this up

The red is not the 27 failures. CI installed sqlalchemy==2.0.54 from requirements-ci/storage.txt:4, so 2.1 never ran. The gate is red for the floor contradiction. The 27 failures are what arrives after someone raises the CI pin to clear it.

requirements_ci_drift_test.py is not the guard for this. Its own test is test_compute_drift_flags_a_package_missing_from_ci_and_not_allowlisted — it checks presence in requirements-ci/, not version agreement, so it passes while five packages sit below floor. The gate that catches this is pipeline-scripts/check_dependency_floors.py --strict (#16264).

State

Still OPEN, unmerged, REVIEW_REQUIRED, base is an ancestor of origin/main so it needs update-branch, and the only changed file is still autobot-backend/requirements.txt — the five CI pins have not been touched. I am read-only and cannot land this; it needs an owner with code scope.

Correction to my review: greenlet is not coupled to the sqlalchemy decision

My review above put greenlet in the table as "coupled — see below" and said its floor could not be settled until the sqlalchemy question was. That framing is wrong, and a peer session caught it. Verified from the guard's own docstring before accepting the correction:

repo_tests/async_sqlalchemy_declares_greenlet_17432_test.py exists because on 2026-09-24 every docker-smoke-test run began failing on every branch including main with ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'greenlet', and greenlet "appeared in no requirements file in the tree". SQLAlchemy declares it under an [asyncio] extra and, in some releases, under a platform_machine marker, so whether it arrives transitively depends on which release a >= floor resolves to and on the machine resolving it — "neither is a property this repo controls, and both changed without a commit here."

So #17432 is about availability, not version compatibility. The point is that a service using the async engine must declare greenlet itself, whatever SQLAlchemy does. That makes the greenlet floor raise independent of whether sqlalchemy is held at 2.0.x:

package action revised
greenlet raise CI pin to 3.5.6 at requirements-ci/storage.txt:6, mirroring the backend not blocked on the sqlalchemy decision

The # SQLAlchemy async engine dependency -- see the note above comment is what made it read as coupled. It explains why greenlet is declared at all, not that its version tracks SQLAlchemy's.

Nothing else in the review changes. The five below-floor packages, the sqlalchemy revert, and the central warning all stand — and the warning is now sharper, because four of the five below-floor packages get their CI pin raised and only sqlalchemy is the exception:

  • uvicorn → 0.54.0 · anthropic → 1.8.0 · langchain → 1.4.2 · greenlet → 3.5.6
  • sqlalchemy: revert this PR's line to >=2.0.54,<2.1; leave requirements-ci/storage.txt:4 at ==2.0.54.

I flagged greenlet as open rather than guessing at it, which was right, but "coupled" was a stronger claim than I had evidence for and it pointed at the wrong mechanism.

…he four real floors (#17711)

The grouped bump raised `sqlalchemy` to `>=2.1.0,<2.2` while leaving the comment
directly above it intact — "Capped below 2.1 (#17445) ... 27 tests died inside
its own cache-key machinery ... Do not raise this bound without running the SLM
suite against 2.1.x first." Merging it would have put a file on `main` whose
comment forbids its own pin. Second occurrence after #17706.

Root cause is not in this file: the dependabot ignore is keyed on
`update-types: semver-major`, and 2.0 -> 2.1 is a MINOR, so the rule cannot
catch it. The durable fix is a `versions: [">=2.1"]` ignore on #17451, still
open. Recorded in the cap comment so the next reader does not re-derive it and
knows to expect a third attempt.

The floor gate names five below-floor packages and only four are genuinely
behind. Raising sqlalchemy's CI pin as part of a uniform repair is what
reintroduces the 27 failures, so it is the one exception:

  requirements-ci/framework.txt  uvicorn   0.53.0 -> 0.54.0
  requirements-ci/ai-ml.txt      anthropic 1.6.0  -> 1.8.0
  requirements-ci/langchain.txt  langchain 1.4.1  -> 1.4.2
  requirements-ci/storage.txt    greenlet  3.3.2  -> 3.5.6
  requirements-ci/storage.txt    sqlalchemy 2.0.54 — DELIBERATELY UNCHANGED

greenlet moves with the bump because #17432 is about availability, not version
coupling: SQLAlchemy ships it as an `[asyncio]` extra and under a
`platform_machine` marker, it stopped arriving on 2026-09-24, and every
`docker-smoke-test` failed on `main` with `ModuleNotFoundError`. The
"-- see the note above" comment explains why greenlet is declared at all, not
that its version tracks SQLAlchemy's, so holding sqlalchemy does not hold it.

The other six updates in the group (boto3, networkx, llama-index,
llama-index-core, langchain-core, langgraph) have no `requirements-ci/` pin and
raise no floor question. Left as dependabot set them.

Fixed in 53e7f55e8a — cap restored, four real floors raised, sqlalchemy's CI pin deliberately not

Acting on the review above. The reversal is confirmed and fixed; the trap it warns about is not walked into.

What the bump did. It raised sqlalchemy to >=2.1.0,<2.2 and left the comment directly above intact, so the file arrived contradicting itself — the comment forbids exactly the bound the line now declared. Second occurrence after #17706.

Why the ignore rule did not stop it, and will not next time. It is keyed on update-types: semver-major. 2.0 -> 2.1 is a minor, so the rule cannot see it. The durable fix is a versions: [">=2.1"] ignore, tracked on #17451 and still open. That is now recorded in the cap comment itself, so the next reader does not re-derive it and knows to expect a third attempt.

The five below-floor packages, and why only four were raised.

file package change
autobot-backend/requirements.txt sqlalchemy restored to >=2.0.54,<2.1
requirements-ci/framework.txt uvicorn 0.53.0 -> 0.54.0
requirements-ci/ai-ml.txt anthropic 1.6.0 -> 1.8.0
requirements-ci/langchain.txt langchain 1.4.1 -> 1.4.2
requirements-ci/storage.txt greenlet 3.3.2 -> 3.5.6
requirements-ci/storage.txt sqlalchemy 2.0.54 — deliberately unchanged

Raising sqlalchemy's CI pin is the obvious uniform repair and is the one that reintroduces the 27 failures in its cache-key machinery. It is the exception, not an oversight.

On greenlet, correcting the framing rather than the conclusion. Its floor moves with the bump. #17432 is about availability, not version coupling: SQLAlchemy ships it as an [asyncio] extra and, in some releases, under a platform_machine marker, it stopped arriving on 2026-09-24, and every docker-smoke-test on main failed with ModuleNotFoundError before the container could start. The -- see the note above comment explains why greenlet is declared at all; it does not say its version tracks SQLAlchemy's. So holding sqlalchemy at 2.0.x does not hold greenlet, and its CI pin mirrors the backend floor as #17432 intends.

Untouched: the other six updates in the group (boto3, networkx, llama-index, llama-index-core, langchain-core, langgraph) have no requirements-ci/ pin, so they raise no floor question and are left as dependabot set them.

Verified before pushing rather than after: the pre-commit pin-parity gate ("A requirements file and its include must not pin a package differently", #14228) passed, and the pre-push suite passed.

Reporting the verdict rather than merging — I am not the merger here. Refs #17445, #17451.

The new red is base — and the half this PR could affect passed

Dependency Security Scan, started 06:32Z against head 53e7f55e8a. One failure; 16 checks still running at the time of writing.

The Python audit — the only part a Python dependency PR can move — passed:

Found 6 known vulnerabilities in 2 packages
PASS — 0 unallowed finding(s) at any severity, with 5 recorded allowance(s).
Recorded allowances: CVE-2026-45830, CVE-2026-45831, CVE-2026-45833, PYSEC-2026-311, PYSEC-2026-3740

The failure is the frontend npm audit:

security scan gate: Frontend dependency audit (npm audit) — 3 unallowed finding(s) at or above 'high'
FAIL — 3 unallowed finding(s) at severity high or worse.
- axios           [high] 1.0.0 - 1.19.0
- brace-expansion [high] 4.0.0 - 5.0.11
- undici          [high] 8.0.0 - 8.10.1

This cannot be this PR's doing. Its changed files are exactly five, all Python:

autobot-backend/requirements.txt
requirements-ci/ai-ml.txt
requirements-ci/framework.txt
requirements-ci/langchain.txt
requirements-ci/storage.txt

No package.json, no package-lock.json. And all three packages are present in origin/main's autobot-frontend/package-lock.json, with axios pinned at 1.19.0 — the exact top of its advisory range 1.0.0 - 1.19.0, so the remedy is a bump above it.

axios is a third advisory, newer than the known pair. The standing note on this PR was that the frontend audit carried two high advisories, brace-expansion and undici, which were base. That is now three. #15467 is the nearest open home — "security(frontend): browserslist high-severity advisories fail the npm audit gate" — but it names browserslist, so these three are not the ones it was filed for. Either it wants updating to carry the current set, or this needs its own issue; I have not filed one, to avoid a duplicate while that is decided.

A caution for the next reader of this log. The gate's one-line error says "3 unallowed" while the step summary's first lines name only two packages unless you read far enough for Findings judged by this gate (first 10). I initially matched only brace-expansion and undici because those were the names I searched for, and nearly reported a 3-versus-2 discrepancy that was my grep pattern rather than the gate's output. Read the Findings judged by this gate block, not the first lines that mention a package.

Consequence for this PR: it cannot go green on its own. The dependency-pin work on it is complete and correct — sqlalchemy restored to >=2.0.54,<2.1 with its CI pin left at 2.0.54, the other four CI pins raised — and the floor gate's five below-floor findings are resolved. It is now waiting on a base fix it cannot make. Also still in flight on this branch's runs: #17837 (fakeredis 2.39 dropped aioredis.FakeServer), which fails every python-suite run and is likewise base.

Read-only review; I have not touched the branch or the claim.

…s missed (#17711)

Three reds, three planes, one mistake repeated: I checked `requirements-ci/`
with a pattern that assumed a pin FORM, and read the empty result as "nothing
owed" rather than "my pattern did not match".

code-quality -> "Audit requirements-ci for silent drift" (#14551/#17448)
---------------------------------------------------------------------
`langchain-core` and `llama-index-core` ARE declared in `requirements-ci/`, as
`>=` ranges rather than `==` pins:

  requirements-ci/langchain.txt    langchain-core>=1.6.3  -> >=1.6.5
  requirements-ci/llama-index.txt  llama-index-core>=0.14.24 -> >=0.14.25

My first sweep grepped `^<pkg>==` and found nothing for both, so I reported
"no CI pin exists, nothing owed". The audit compares declared PAIRS and flags
constraints that can resolve to different releases, which is exactly what a
raised production floor against an unraised CI range does.

python-suite shard 5/12 -> requirements_floor_pairs_15661_test
--------------------------------------------------------------
A THIRD plane: `docs/guides/requirements-local.txt` is a shipped manifest the
guard pairs against `autobot-backend/requirements.txt` for `fastapi` and
`uvicorn`. Raised `uvicorn[standard]>=0.53.0 -> >=0.54.0` there.

Missed for the same reason plus one more: the docs manifest carries
`uvicorn[standard]`, so a `^uvicorn[=<>]` pattern does not match it either. The
guard says it in its own failure text -- "a shipped manifest's security floor
bump must be mirrored here, not just where CI happens to look" -- and
`where CI happens to look` is precisely the boundary my check drew.

Not in scope here
-----------------
The guard's second pair, `windows-npu-worker/requirements.txt` against
`requirements-npu.txt`, is #17708's surface. Both currently read
`uvicorn[standard]>=0.53.0`, so they agree today and whichever PR raises one
must raise both.

`Dependency Security Scan` stays red on the base-wide `brace-expansion` and
`undici` advisories (#15467), which no change on this branch can clear.

…2.0 (#17709)

Two reversals in one grouped bump, each left with its own contradicting context.

sqlalchemy
----------
Raised to `>=2.1.0,<2.2` while the cap comment four lines above still read
"Capped below 2.1 (#17445) ... 27 tests died inside its own cache-key machinery
... Do not raise this bound without running the SLM suite against 2.1.x first."
Restored. This is the THIRD occurrence -- #17706, #17711, now this one -- and
the ignore rule cannot catch any of them because it is keyed on
`update-types: semver-major` while 2.0 -> 2.1 is a minor. Durable fix is a
`versions: [">=2.1"]` ignore on #17451, still open; recorded in the comment so
the file carries its own warning.

huggingface-hub
---------------
Raised to `>=2.0.0`, a major boundary, in one of THREE files declaring it --
`autobot-tts-worker/requirements.txt:8` (spelled `huggingface_hub`) and
`autobot-infrastructure/autobot-npu-worker/docker/requirements-npu.txt:26` both
stayed at `>=1.32.0`. The ai-stack container would have resolved 2.x while the
other two resolved 1.x.

Held, because CI cannot see whether it breaks. The only production call is
`huggingface_hub.login(token=..., add_to_git_credential=False)` in two
tts-worker ansible templates, and `autobot-tts-worker/tests/test_hf_token.py:101`
swaps the whole module for a MagicMock, which accepts any signature -- so the
assertion passes whatever 2.x does to that function, and rendered templates are
imported by no test. Whether the signature is still valid in 2.x is UNKNOWN and
not answerable from this repo; filed as #17847 with that stated rather than
guessed.

Left as dependabot set them
---------------------------
langchain 1.4.2, langchain-core 1.6.5, llama-index 0.14.25,
llama-index-core 0.14.25, uvicorn[standard] 0.54.0,
googleapis-common-protos 1.75.4 -- all minor or patch.

The `requirements-ci/` pins those need (langchain 1.4.2, uvicorn 0.54.0) are
raised on #17711 rather than duplicated here, so this branch must rebase after
that lands. Editing the same CI files from two open PRs is the conflict the
one-PR-per-file rule exists to prevent.

* fix(deps): restore the sqlalchemy cap and hold huggingface-hub below 2.0 (#17709)

Restored. This is the THIRD occurrence -- #17706, #17711, now this one -- and
the ignore rule cannot catch any of them because it is keyed on
`update-types: semver-major` while 2.0 -> 2.1 is a minor. Durable fix is a
`versions: [">=2.1"]` ignore on #17451, still open; recorded in the comment so
the file carries its own warning.

huggingface-hub
---------------
Raised to `>=2.0.0`, a major boundary, in one of THREE files declaring it --
`autobot-tts-worker/requirements.txt:8` (spelled `huggingface_hub`) and
`autobot-infrastructure/autobot-npu-worker/docker/requirements-npu.txt:26` both
stayed at `>=1.32.0`. The ai-stack container would have resolved 2.x while the
other two resolved 1.x.

Held, because CI cannot see whether it breaks. The only production call is
`huggingface_hub.login(token=..., add_to_git_credential=False)` in two
tts-worker ansible templates, and `autobot-tts-worker/tests/test_hf_token.py:101`
swaps the whole module for a MagicMock, which accepts any signature -- so the
assertion passes whatever 2.x does to that function, and rendered templates are
imported by no test. Whether the signature is still valid in 2.x is UNKNOWN and
not answerable from this repo; filed as #17847 with that stated rather than
guessed.

Left as dependabot set them
---------------------------
langchain 1.4.2, langchain-core 1.6.5, llama-index 0.14.25,
llama-index-core 0.14.25, uvicorn[standard] 0.54.0,
googleapis-common-protos 1.75.4 -- all minor or patch.

The `requirements-ci/` pins those need (langchain 1.4.2, uvicorn 0.54.0) are
raised on #17711 rather than duplicated here, so this branch must rebase after
that lands. Editing the same CI files from two open PRs is the conflict the
one-PR-per-file rule exists to prevent.

Refs #17445, #17451, #17847

* fix(ansible): follow langchain-core to 1.6.5 so the parity guard holds (#17709)

`python-suite shard 9/12` was red on
`ansible_requirements_parity_test.py::test_every_cross_manifest_divergence_is_in_the_baseline`:

    autobot-slm-backend/ansible/roles/dependency_patching/defaults/main.yml::::langchain-core:
      ansible >=1.6.3,<2.0.0, ['<every manifest in the tree>'] state ['>=1.6.5,<2.0.0']

This PR is what completed the bump, which is why the failure appears here
and not on `main`. Before it, `autobot-backend/requirements.txt` and
`requirements-ci/langchain.txt` already said `>=1.6.5` while
`requirements-ai.txt` and the ansible role both still said `1.6.3` -- so the
ansible declaration agreed with at least one manifest and the guard stayed
quiet. Moving `requirements-ai.txt` to `1.6.5` makes the agreement unanimous
and leaves the ansible role as the sole dissenter.

So the guard is not complaining about this bump; it is reporting that the
ansible role was already behind and had been hidden by the one manifest that
had not caught up yet.

Fixed the declaration rather than the baseline, as the failure message
demands: `ansible_pip_parity_baseline.txt` only shrinks, and adding a line to
it would record the divergence as acceptable instead of removing it.

Verified: `repo_tests/ansible_requirements_parity_test.py` -> 8 passed.
