Use executable commands in the How counted column.
The introduction states that each cell contains the command that produced the count. The cells contain shorthand descriptions such as .py under ... and class X(Base) across ..., not runnable commands. Readers cannot independently re-derive the values. Replace each description with an exact command that includes its path, matching rule, exclusions, and unique-file handling.

Scope the API module metric correctly.
The autobot-backend/api/*.py pattern excludes nested modules such as autobot-backend/llc/api/budget.py and autobot-backend/llc/api/companies.py. The table therefore presents 323 as an API route-module count while excluding the Company OS API surface described below. Include nested API modules, or rename the metric to state that it covers only the top-level api/ directory.

Correct the scheduled-job count.
The stated method counts beat_schedule entries in autobot-backend/celery_app.py. The supplied implementation and docs/verification.md report four entries, not 29. Change the count to 4, or change the method to the metric that produces 29.

Thinking Path
docs/ROADMAP.mdcarried a "Verified Implementation (snapshot: December 2025)" table with a noteadmitting it had already drifted. It is now September 2026 — nine months on — and the drift was
large enough that the table understated the system rather than merely dating it.
It also cited
autobot-backend/llm_interface_pkg/providers/as a source path. That directory nolonger exists; the providers live in
autobot-backend/llm_shared/providers/. A table whose "Source"column points at a path that cannot be opened is worse than one with stale numbers, because the stale
numbers at least still say how they were obtained.
What Changed
Replaced the snapshot table with counts measured against the tree on 2026-09-16, and changed the
"Source" column to How counted — the command that produced each figure, so any row can be
re-derived instead of trusted. Bumped Last Updated to match.
Selected drift, old -> new:
Note that two rows moved down. "MCP bridges 16 (6 external + 10 backend)" counts something the
current
autobot-backend/api/*_mcp.pyglob does not reproduce — either the split was counted from adifferent set or bridges were consolidated since. I have recorded what the stated method yields today
rather than reconciling to the old number, and the method is now written down so the next person does
not have to guess which one was right.
Also added rows the old table had no equivalent for: database models, services, migrations, views,
locales, beat jobs, CI workflows and test files.
Finally, one gap named rather than papered over: the phase list ends at 21, and the single largest
subsystem in the tree — Company OS (
autobot-backend/llc/, 36 of the 75 database models, with its ownscheduler, API surface and frontend views) — arrived after those phases and appears nowhere in them.
Adding a phase section for it is a larger piece of writing than this PR, so the summary says where it
lives instead of implying the phase list is complete.
Verification
Every figure re-derived from the tree at
origin/main. Where a first attempt produced a number I couldnot defend, I resolved it rather than publishing it:
llm_interface_pkg/providers/returned 0 — the path is dead; found the live one and counted there.db:keys;constrained to
db:keys it is 15.providers/holds 21 modules but about five are shared helpers (cache_utils,reasoning_effort,chat_template_loader,mock_handler,bedrock_credentials), so the table says "16 backends across21 modules" rather than implying 21 providers.
src/i18n/locales/, 11 files.Docs-only; no code paths touched.

Single-issue rationale
This PR carries
Refs #16803and noCloses, deliberately, and batches with nothing.#16803is the v0.9.0 scope decision — which issues ship in the release. This PR does not decidethat; it corrects the snapshot table the decision would be read against. So
Refsis the honestkeyword: the roadmap being accurate is a prerequisite for that decision, not a delivery of it.
It is not batched with other work because the change is a single documentation file with no code path,
and the natural candidates to batch with — the control-plane map (#16852) and the milestone triage —
are different scopes with different review requirements. Batching a measured-counts correction with a
control-plane audit would produce one PR that no single reviewer is well placed to check.
