The 2026-06-11 batch sessions agent-closed umbrellas #9919/#9920 on task-list completion; within hours 21+ new theme issues accrued with no organizational home. This session restores the umbrella structure and files the entire post-triage backlog.

What Changed

• Reopened Umbrella: deployment-install — compose, secrets, service-auth, single_user gating, upgrade migrations #9919 + Umbrella: data-layer — Alembic chain repair + schema/ORM sync (blocks RBAC → enterprise) #9920 (manual agent closes; both themes have open issues) with lifecycle comments.
• Filed all 42 unorganized open issues (everything created 2026-06-11) into umbrella task lists via dated Triage delta appends: U1 +17, U2 +4, U3 +1, U4 +8, U5 +5, U7 +1, U11 +6. 0 closed-stale, 0 duplicates, 0 unfiled.
