Chat tabs (Chat, Terminal, noVNC) use component state only — no URL change on tab switch. Tabs need to be bookmarkable and navigable via browser history.

Fix: add terminal and novnc as static child routes of /chat before the :sessionId dynamic child in router/index.ts. In ChatInterface.vue, read route.meta.chatTab on mount to set initial activeTab; in handleTabChange call router.push to the named route.

    ✅ Implemented in PR #6416, merged to Dev_new_gui.

    • /chat/terminal → chat-terminal route (Terminal tab)
    • /chat/novnc → chat-novnc route (noVNC tab)
    • ChatInterface reads route.meta.chatTab on init and route change; handleTabChange pushes to router
    • Existing /chat/:sessionId links unaffected
