fix(infrastructure): Playwright service port hardcoded to 3000 conflicts with Grafana #4052

Playwright service (autobot-playwright.service) is configured to listen on port 3000, but Grafana already uses this port on the same host.

Symptoms

• Service fails to start with EADDRINUSE error
• Cannot bind to 0.0.0.0:3000
• Service enters restart loop

Root Cause

• playwright-server.js hardcoded const port = 3000
• No environment variable override mechanism
• Provisioning doesn't validate port availability before deployment

Fix Applied

• Updated PLAYWRIGHT_PORT environment variable to 9001
• Modified playwright-server.js to read port from env var with fallback
• Service now successfully starts on port 9001

Files Changed

• /etc/systemd/system/autobot-playwright.service (port changed to 9001)
• autobot-browser-worker/playwright-server.js (added env var support)
