fix(frontend): SecretAuditLog displays hardcoded mock audit entries #3988

Problem

SecretAuditLog shows 4 hardcoded mock audit entries instead of real audit trail from backend.

Root Cause

Lines 19+ define hardcoded mock audit log entries with fixed timestamps and user IDs instead of fetching actual audit data.

Impact

• Audit logging appears functional but shows fake data only
• Cannot track real secret access/modifications
• Blocks security audit compliance requirements
