   Implemented Conversation Flow Analyzer for AutoBot as part of EPIC #217 - Advanced Code Intelligence Methods.

   Files Created/Updated

   • src/code_intelligence/conversation_flow_analyzer.py - Core analyzer engine (~1050 lines)
   • src/code_intelligence/__init__.py - Updated exports
   • tests/unit/test_conversation_flow_analyzer.py - Comprehensive unit tests (72 tests)

   Features Implemented

   1. Intent Classification - 15 categories including installation, troubleshooting, security, performance
   2. Response Classification - 11 types including greeting, question, error, suggestion
   3. Flow Parsing - Parse raw conversations into structured flows with intent/response tracking
   4. Pattern Extraction - Identify common conversation paths and patterns
   5. Bottleneck Detection - Detect slow responses, repeated clarifications, error loops
   6. Optimization Suggestions - Caching, prompt improvement, error handling recommendations
   7. Health Score - Calculate overall conversation health (0-100)

   • Enums: IntentCategory, FlowState, ResponseType, BottleneckType, OptimizationType
