bug(frontend): the transcriber KB push button hardcodes six English strings #17535

What is wrong

autobot-frontend/src/components/transcriber/KbPushButton.vue renders English literals
directly in the template:

• ✅ In Knowledge Base (:39)
• Re-index (:40)
• Push to KB (:43)
• Collection ID — input placeholder (:46)
• Pushing… / Confirm (:48)

The component imports no useI18n and calls no t(). Every other user-facing string in
the application is a locale key, across all 11 locales.

Acceptance criteria

• Every literal above is a locale key resolved through t().
• The key exists in all 11 locale files.
