Objective

Implement comprehensive terminal access for AI agents with security controls

Timeline

10-12 weeks total

Implementation Phases

Phase 0: Security Remediation (2-3 weeks) BLOCKING

  • Fix 3 CVEs in dependencies
  • Security audit and hardening
  • BLOCKS all other work until complete

Phase 1: Backend Foundation (2 weeks)

  • Session management infrastructure
  • SSH connection pooling
  • Agent interface for terminal commands

Phase 2: Frontend Infrastructure (1 week)

  • Terminal component with xterm.js
