test: anti_pattern_detector_test.py fails to collect (FileNotFoundError) — pre-existing broken collector #12436

Surfaced (and previously ignored as 'pre-existing') during #12421. autobot-backend/code_intelligence/anti_pattern_detector_test.py errors at COLLECTION with FileNotFoundError on base Dev_new_gui — so its tests never run (fail everywhere, incl CI). Per 'no failures out of scope', filing to triage + fix: determine the missing file/path it references and fix the test setup (or the production path if the file legitimately moved). Refs #9924 #12421.
