Delivered in PR #12189 (merged to Dev_new_gui, 2026-07-23). Feature-flagged scaffold: SlackConnector/ConfluenceConnector/JiraConnector extend the existing knowledge/connectors AbstractConnector framework, gated by kb_enterprise_connectors (default off) so they're never registered until enabled. 127 offline tests pass. Parent #10538 stays open pending credential wiring + live sync() validation.
Deliverable: feature-flagged scaffold (interfaces, concrete connector classes, offline tests, docs) for the three enterprise KB connectors. Closed by the scaffold PR. Parent #10538 stays OPEN pending credential wiring + live sync() validation (closure Gate 3: partial delivery never closes the parent).
