Commit: f60500a (PR #11864). 64 color literals + 2 px → tokens; new hex-only --terminal-* family preserves the ANSI palette byte-identically (avoids the design system's OKLCH rounding). ~47 structural px left literal. vue-tsc clean; stylelint now green on SSOT via #11872 ignoreFiles.
Child of #11515 Task 4.3 (user colors) + 4.4 (user px). autobot-frontend/src/components/terminal/TerminalWindow.vue: ~65 hexes + ~49 px. Migrate to src/assets/css/design-tokens.css SSOT + @autobot/ui --aui-* contract. STRICT visual equivalence; map to canonical token by matching value; var(--token, #fallback) for unmatched. Terminal ANSI colors may be intentionally literal — preserve exact values, add tokens only if shared.
