Discovered during

#10219 (PR #10293). pytest llc/tests/test_board_service.py shows 3 failed / 8 passed on clean Dev_new_gui (confirmed on base, unrelated to #10219):

  • test_get_board_items_groups_items_by_column
  • test_move_item_enforces_wip_limit
  • (a third move_item case)

These are pre-existing test bugs (mock setup drift vs the service). Low priority but should be fixed so the board suite is green. Part of umbrella #9923.

    fix(llc): tenant-isolate boards.py endpoints + repair board service tests (#10296, #10297)

    If this issue is fully resolved, close it manually. If work remains, no action is needed.
