Context
#9861 (PR #10034, 824552668) shipped the two backends that BacklogView's flagged-off UI was waiting for:
POST /api/llc/companies/{company_id}/backlog/reorder — payload { work_item_ids: ["<uuid>", ...] } (full desired order; positions assigned 0..n-1; tenant-scoped 404 cross-company; 422 on malformed UUIDs). GET .../backlog now returns backlog_position order.POST /api/llc/work-items/suggest-ac — { work_item_id } (company derived from org context — do NOT send company_id); returns advisory AC strings; empty list on LLM-unavailable.
Task
Flip the feature flags in autobot-frontend/src/views/llc/BacklogView.vue (suggestAcEnabled, drag-reorder gating ~line 234 comment block), wire drag-and-drop reorder to the endpoint, insert suggested ACs into the editor, and cover with component tests. The stale comment at :234-235 should be removed once wired.
