- Fixes [bug] types are not enforced in child scopes #181
- Removes support for variable-typed names. It originally crept as a bug, was soft-fixed by part of [bug] bad type checking for indexable values #167, but is now a hard error.
- Fixed buggy unit tests
- Added unit tests for new failures
- Changed the way instructions are executed, from a function pointer lookup to inlined code (f0cdad3). I will record performance over the next few weeks to see if it has a meaningful positive impact.
