Zoom-option "page-width" in PDF-viewer

Thanks for a great application.

I love PDFs to be fitted for the width of the screen, though this options seems like is removed from PdfDings version of PDF.js, looking at the original viewer.html source file. Is there a reason for not having the option available?
I would love to have it back, and considered creating a PR.

Hi, the reason this option is not available is that I did not need it and originally I developed the app for myself only. No one complained until now, so here we are. Feel free to create a PR. This should not be to hard. If I am not mistaken, it should be enough to add

<option id="pageWidthOption" value="page-width">Page Width</option>

to the scaleSelect select options in the pdfding/pdf/templates/viewer.html file. I am not 100% sure though.
