Frontend: Allow custom resource actions/columns in generic ResourceTable component

User Story

As a developer, I want to have a configuration possibility in the ResourceTable component, so that I can add resource-specific actions/columns.

Acceptance criteria

• Given I am a developer and I am applying the ResourceTable component, when I configure additional actions, I want that these are shown in the actions column.
• Given I am a developer and I am applying the ResourceTable component, when I configure additional columns, I want that these are displayed in the table.

A solution has been merged into react-prototyping and now into develop:

The actions are controlled via the action column in the columns property: If omitted, default actions (New + Edit) are provided automatically based on the 'onAddRecordandonEdit` properties.

If provided, the explicit configuration of the actions applies:
