Frontend: Configurable column rendering in generic ResourceTable component

Environment

User Story

As a developer, I want to have a column rendering option in the ResourceTable component, so that I can control the rendering of date columns (and other column types).

Acceptance criteria

• Given I am a developer and I am applying the ResourceTable component, when I configure the column rendering of a date column, I want to be able to control the date format.
• Given I am a developer and I am applying the ResourceTable component, when I configure the column rendering of a url column, I want to be able to control how links are rendered.

A solution has been merged into react-prototyping and now into develop:

The column configuration is controlled via the columns property: If omitted, all columns reported by repo (resp. the OpenAPI/JSON:API schema) are used in the table. If provided, it allows to control the active columns, their display name, the rendering and their behavior in the query form. Sane defaults for rendering and query form are applied automatically.
