Support a generic windows config backup.
Why?
Currently kubeconfig is supported to backup from wsl to windows, but many of the configs might need to be synced.
What should happen?
Provide a generic config wsl to windows config backup function.
Covers this TODO.

- Provide a generic command to copy a file in the home directory from wsl to windows
