Hi,
I think that possibility of reporting of number of pulled tickets (for time period and for user) could by very useful.
In basic and simplest way it could be in the shape of log (DAY X, OFFICE X, TICKET NUMBER).
I would be grateful for any information about short or long-term perspectives for this feature.
