Description
Modern browsers now support
RGTCcompressed texture throughEXT_texture_compression_rgtc, it's good to have it here also.MDN: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/EXT_texture_compression_rgtc
(I guess examples are not necessary for this, but I can make one if needed)
