Nodes: Add TransitionNode. (#28847)

* TransitionNode sketch

* cleanup

* fix non-functional controller

* texture loading fixed

* lint fix

* fix screenshot

* remove texture import

* Update TransitionNode.js

* Update webgpu_postprocessing_transition.html
