[feat] Add the possibility of changing which containers it investigates

[mrVectorz]

Currently limited to containers that have both annotations.
It would be beneficial to have this be configurable.

• Container or pod name (regex)
• Other annotations
• IDs
• IPs
• Devices (or types, like any with an sriov device)
