Hi there, I'm Marija 👋

  • 🎓 I'm currently in my PhD, working on developing deep learning models for medical applications.

  • 🎓 I conduct my research at Ghent University (IDLab) and Stanford University (Gevaert Lab) (50% at both unis).

  • 🧬 My work focuses on deep learning on digital pathology images and (gen)omics to predict tumor aggressiveness.
