Caching wording - desire to tweak #1102
Description
Problem
In doing a reading of https://github.com/mpi-forum/mpi-standard/pull/1129 several changes were suggested to the copy and paste text from other places in the caching subsection. Rather than add numerous changes not related to sessions attributes it was decided to open a separate issue/pr to track the feedback from that reading.
Proposal
Remove adjectives that were disliked and replace "erroneous" with raise an error in multiple places.
