regex fixes for cisco,nxos models

Hi Mike,

Thanks for pointing out I should be using ciscoconfparse2 rather than ciscoconfparse. I found some inconsistencies in the nxos, cisco models in ciscoconfparse2.

nxos model:

• nxos uses cidr notation
• vrf definitions are vrf member <vrf_name>

cisco model:

• cisco model was matching secondaries as the primary ipv4 address
