Nextflow scripts and workflows related to the ProtStatsWF R package for statistical analysis and visualization of proteomics data.
Statistical analysis is done by using R scripts from the ProtStatsWF package, interactive visualization is done in Python with the plotly package and they are connected to complete workflows using nextflow.
