Error when logging in

Occasionally users get redirection to:
https://orcid.org/oauth/authorize/oauth/authorize?redirect_uri=...

(note the /oauth/authorize appears twice)

Not sure if this is our implementation or a library...

I think this may have been fixed by the upgrade to simple-oauth2 (#154). I'll keep this open a bit longer for observation since this error would happen seemingly randomly....

I've seen this happening recently, but have not figured out a way to reproduce (it does seem random indeed!). Keeping it open.
