Counsel has advised to not comply with that request.
The fastest, simplest, and most respectful way to proceed is to follow the instructions provided in the bug report. I spent my limited free time writing it up to help the team at Mozilla. Thanks.
In its current form the only way to try to reproduce this issue is by downloading and running an "arbitrary" executable file, which people might be somewhat reluctant to actually do (for obvious security reasons).
Please also consider the imbalance here: Most users report maybe a handful of issues in total over a period of a few years, whereas (unpaid) contributors will triage more issues than that in just a single week. Hence a few extra minutes spent on the part of the reporter helps save a lot of time for the few contributors triaging issues.

It seems slightly strange to expect that other people respect your time, when you aren't willing to extend the same courtesy to PDF.js contributors (such as myself).
I also spent my limited free time by trying to triage this issue, in addition to having fixed (for free) well over a thousand bugs over the years.I have provided over 2500 detailed issue reports for open source and commercial projects, with over 1400 issues reported right here on GitHub. There is no imbalance. This is the only project, sadly, on which I've received any blowback or lack of even an iota of appreciation.
I already explained that counsel has advised to not comply to your request. It's out of my hands. It's nothing personal, nor reflective of my desire to help Mozilla. It's also certainly not reflective of my personal courtesy I have afforded Mozilla for decades.
This is PDF.js at 20%:
This is Okular at 20%:
Going by this I see some difference but I can't really say it's significant. It looks like Okular's rendering is a little bit better, but then again the rendering of 20% isn't equal in both applications, so the Okular version is also a bit bigger and thus inherently clearer. I can't compare with PDF-XChange given that it's Windows-only and I only run Linux (this is one of the reasons we ask for screenshots to be provided). It'd be great if someone could provide the PDFX-Change screenshot here too for comparison.
