Description
Reverts #6542 because the bug in
BigQueryTablePartitionExistenceSensorwhen it runs in deferrable mode was fixed inapache-airflow-providers-google11.0.0.I've been meaning to do this sometime while I'm on Airflow triage ever since we upgraded to Airflow 2.10 (mozilla/telemetry-airflow#2179).
