Description
High level this looks as follows:
There is a share item (shown here in Fennec, but should be available from any other app that deals with URLs, I think?)
Choosing Send to Other Devices will show a device picker of your other devices that can receive tabs. For me this is a mix of Firefox iOS, Desktop and Fennec:
Selecting a device will push the page to the PushBox service, which will route it to the device.
On Firefox iOS there is the option to select multiple devices to send the tab to:
