As a User I want to be able to always open a specific site in Reader Mode

Can we just copy this from Safari, it is such a useful feature. Also if this is done correctly, it could be an energy saver. Correctly means that we don't do a full page load but instead load the main page, render in reader mode and then load the assets needed there. This would skip a full page load.

Can anything be done here with AMP support?
