As a User I want to be able to review and change permissions that I have given to websites #135
Description
I want to be able to open up a Permissions Manager screen where I can see all the permissions that I have granted to websites. I would also like to be able to change the permission (Ask, Always, Deny) or to completely remove the website so that I will be asked again next time I visit the website.
The permission manager has a lot of functionality that should probably be broken down in multiple stories.
