Suggestion: Add tssh (OpenSSH-compatible client) and tsshd (mosh-like SSH server)

Thanks for maintaining this awesome list.

I’d like to suggest two related projects for inclusion:

• tssh: https://github.com/trzsz/trzsz-ssh
  A drop-in OpenSSH-compatible SSH client written in Go, with additional usability features.

• tsshd: https://github.com/trzsz/tsshd
  A mosh-like SSH server that supports connection roaming and reconnection over QUIC/KCP,
  while remaining fully compatible with OpenSSH.

The tssh can be used independently, and together they enable seamless SSH sessions
across network changes (sleep, IP change, unstable Wi-Fi, etc).
