The taskbar's shell context menu on the vertical (secondary) screen appears in the wrong position

As shown in the video:
When I right-click on the vertical screen's taskbar, the context menu pops up in the wrong position, whereas right-clicking on the desktop works normally.

I found that the incorrect vertical position of the menu actually matches the height of the primary screen's taskbar (refer to the photo I captured below).

Windows ver: 24H2 26100.3476
Resolution: Both 2560*1440
DPI Scaling: Both 100%

Rename shell.dll file to shell.dl_ then copy shell.dll file in the attachments to program folder and restart Explorer.
