web_transport_quinn::Clients no longer share Endpoints

This was changed in #50. Is this intentional? It seems potentially suboptimal.

It's an optional interface that I quickly cooked up. You can still bring your own quin::Connection instead of using the Client to build one. My MoQ relay server is actually using the same Endpoint for incoming and outgoing connections.

I would like to improve the builder but AFAIK the interface would need to change. Anything that impacts the ClientConfig can be shared, but anything that impacts the Transport/TLS config cannot (right?).

I was confused because the root connect() went away. What's the interface I should use instead?
