Add background color functionality to certificate

• Add a color picker for background color in the render_form_elements method
• Update the save_form_data method to handle saving the background color
• Update the render method to handle rendering the background color on the PDF
• Update the render_html method to handle rendering the background color in HTML
• Add input fields for entering dimensions for the background color in the render_form_elements method
